Flying

The flying system is one of the most distinguishing characteristics of DOMO. The roads may twist and turn, but when you gain the ability to fly, you can take to the skies, cross over hills, mountains, and plains, and see the world in a whole new way!

Take to the skies with swords and spears!

Dream of Mirror Online's flying system is based on the sword-flying myths in Chinese legends. Players can use all types of weapons, such as the sword, saber, staff, wand, and even the dancing fan to ride on in midair. Each different piece of flying equipment has its own features and specific speed. Players can fly on most weapons in the game, as long as they're at a level high enough to equip that weapon.

Within the Mirror World, one must undertake a trial to gain the ability to fly. When a player reaches level 15 in any class, they can go through Eversun North, up to Swan Lake Basin. In Swan Lake Basin, they can seek out the Flying Frog King on the north shore of the river. A party of players is recommended for this battle, and if the Flying Frog King is defeated, each player will get flying frog powder from his wings. This powder should be taken to an NPC named Randy Charelston who lives in Eversun City (near the stairs to the Eversun Elder), who will use it to grant a character the ability to fly and give them a Trainer Flying Sword. There are additional quests that each player can undertake that will increase their flying speed and height, so keep your eyes open, and feel free to take to the skies!
